Why is it that we always give everyone else more love than we give ourselves? When was the last time that you put yourself first? When was the last time that you truly looked in the mirror and said I love you and I’m proud of you? Is everything OK in your life? is it really? Let’s spend the next few hours together exploring what could be. Are you ready to make it great? We can’t keep pouring from the empty cup, if you invest in yourself I promise you your relationships will be better. The relationship with yourself will be better with your family, your friends, your cubicle mates in your business, your clients, and the people even driving down the street who might cut you off in traffic.
Grab your yoga mat, a blanket, a pad of paper, a pen, and a water bottle and just show up! That’s the hardest thing to do is to walk through those doors!! If you invest in yourself, you will not be sitting in the same place that you are today. You will look back and be grateful that you took the time for yourself.
